Grossglockner High Alpine Road

This is the climb along the Grossglockner High Alpine Road in Austria. The pass itself is 48 kilometres in length, comprises 36 bends and has an altitude ascent to 2504 metres. The name Grossglockner is taken from the mountain which is the highest in Austria (3798m) and can be viewed from several stretches of the road.
