This building dating from the beginning of the 18th century extends over three levels of brick and limestone. The ground floor was totally converted into retail space in 1987-88 as part of developments that also altered the rear of the building. Other alterations, albeit more limited, affect the six window bays that have lost their crossbar. Uncovered by the works in the 1980s, the gable wall retains a large bricked-up oculus window on the ground floor with a limestone frame.
Building listed on 24th August 1989
