Sunbury Court Island is an island in the River Thames in England on the reach above Molesey Lock. It adjoins Sunbury-on-Thames in Surrey, England on the Middlesex (northern) bank of the river. The island is entirely residential with about 25 houses or chalets on it and is connected to the bank by an iron footbridge. It is named after Sunbury Court, a large house built in 1770 on the riverbank behind it.
