Nigehörn is an uninhabited artificial island in the North Sea belonging to the German city of Hamburg.
Located by the mouth of the Elbe, Nigehörn lies on the same sandbank as Scharhörn, about 4 km northwest of Neuwerk and 15 km northwest from Cuxhaven on the mainland. The island is a part of Zone 1 of the Hamburg Wadden Sea National Park.
