The USA has now its own home-page, search and routeplanner on RouteYou.
Check out the home-page with an overview of the most popular routes and most active users in the USA.
From there you can select Search to search for routes and POIs. And also Create to get to the RoutePlanner.
You can select the language/country combination at the top right.
