The Sint-Lambertuskerk is the parish church of the town of Poeke, located on the Poekedorpstraat, in the municipality of Aalter in East Flanders.
The parish was probably founded in the 12th century. A first church will have been built on the property of the lords of Poeke. Later, a three-aisled Gothic hall church was built, which still had a Romanesque tower. This church was demolished in 1842 and replaced by a neoclassical building, designed by Achiel de Lancker. The new church was consecrated in 1844.
