Passantenhaven Welvaart can accommodate 12 pleasure yachts and 8 mobile homes.

The port is located on the Bocholt-Herentals Canal, a few hundred meters from the center of Neerpelt. The location is an excellent base for cycling and walking tourism in the region. There are also two petanque grounds.

There is a drinking water outlet and electricity supply up to 6 Amps.

For the passers-by port of Welvaart, the rates are as follows:
€ 6 per motorhome per 24 hours;
€ 6 per boat per 24 hours.

Included in this rate are:
use of the facilities (water for personal use during stay, electricity, waste water discharge and toilet);
one coin for the dumpster.

For the site in the Bermstraat, the rate is € 4 per motorhome per 24 hours. Included are the use of the facilities (discharge of waste water and toilet) and one coin for the waste container at the passers-by harbour.
