Description

This German sculptor grew up in Kassel. He lives and works in Karlsruhe and Meisenthal. His sculptures depict people, animals and structures, sometimes combined in a surrealistic way. In the 1990s, he mainly worked on "humans and animals side by side". The artwork "Rider" is an example of this: rider and horse. The bronze equestrian statue has been on the Liberation Square since 2006, integrated into the renovated station square of Menen.
