Arthur CRACO: 1869-1955 The anarchist middle class man
Born in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode and deceased in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert, he was a drawer, an engraver, a sculptor and a ceramist.
In opposition with academicism and as a passionate defender of Modern Art, Craco attacks hypocrisy and the vanity of the authorities when exploiting simple people.
In Andenne he discovers the soft clay with which he can express his youth aspiration for freedom and justice.
