Beautifully restored Prinsenmolen, named after Lamoraal van Egmont, prince of the Land of Gavere, who owned a wooden stake mill here in the 16th century.
The bunkers in the area are part of a line of 228 bunkers of Bridgehead Ghent, built in the interwar period, when new threats of war became felt in Belgium.
