This pond was built in the early 80s as a basin to absorb the high water levels of the Pede and has a capacity of 50000m³. The supply of sludge has caused a gradual silting of the pond. The pond can no longer collect the excess water at the moment. Dredging could threaten the biological value of the site and, according to environmental and nature associations, make only a small contribution to the fight against the floods.
