Along the plot boundaries: the Tintel children are fans of quiet roads, so this walk follows the old neighborhood and pedestrian roads as much as possible, but in order to make a nice loop they were forced to take part of the route along the regular track and sometimes they also had to deviate from the flattened paths along the edges of corn fields. The two extremes, then. Here we follow a very quiet path and take the topographic map to follow the cutting paths of the fields. Due to the variety of grass meadows, fruit trees and corn fields, this is the ideal biotope for, among others, the stone owl (cherishing neighbor Flemish Brabant). Owls like to sit in standard orchards or in a thick pollard willow. You can hear them regularly chirping in the evening. The children of the TintelTuin would like to hang two owl boxes in this area.
