Felix Lambrechts bought the old windmill in 1882. He rented the mill house from the counts de Merode. He demolished the standard mill to have no competition in the trade and in 1894 he built a new stone scaffolding mill of 9 bricks thick. This was built on the site of Zevenbunder. It is now located along the Annonciadenstraat. Henri Coenaerts was the next miller and sold the stone windmill to Clement Noppen in 1923. From 1918 to 1925, the first electricity from Everberg center was made here. Another source mentions the dismantling of the windmill in 1917. The roof and blades of the windmill were later attached to the still existing 'Witte Molen' of Aarschot.
Leopold Noppen, farmer in Everberg, bought the mill hull in 1922 and modernized the milling company. A mechanical mill was built against the mill hull. In 1939, the gas engine still provided the necessary energy.
After the death of Leopold Noppen in 1952, the mill, which was expanded in 1973, was further operated by his widow and children.
The children of Clement Noppen sold the mill and the mill in 1989-90, which were transformed into houses and apartments. The hull was whitewashed.
