Brasserie Quintine

Brasserie Des Légendes
The marriage between "Brasserie Des Géants" and "Brasserie Ellezelloise", together "Brasserie Des Légendes", has made the survival of Gouyasse and Quintine possible.

The name of the beer "Quintine" refers to a witch of Ellezelles who was burned in 1610 and so on, to the folklore of the village.

The bottles of Quintine are in wooden containers of 12 bottles. The mechanical caps have porcelain heads and rubber gaskets.

During the brewing process, only the basic materials are used, namely water, barley malt, bitter and fragrant hops, rhizome of pure yeast, dextrose. No other ingredient is part of the composition of the beer. As a result, this beer has a good year. Note: you can taste this natural way of working!!

We would like to introduce you to some beers from this brewery:
The Quintine Blond:
This top-fermented blonde beer is neither centrifuged, filtered nor pasteurized.
However, this beer does have re-fermentation in the bottle and so there is natural saturation. The alcohol content is 8% Alc.

The Quintine Ambrée
This amber beer has an alcohol content of 8.5% and is made with caramelized malt.

The Quintine Hercule
A delicious beer with a high alcohol content (9% Alc.). It is a real Belgian Stout. It possesses a fine aroma, is soft and slightly sweet at the first sip, after which an explosion of complex flavors arises. The aftertaste is dry, a little "ginger" and it lasts a fantastic long time.
