Description

Interesting property in terms of architecture. It is a passive house designed by NU architectuuratelier. The outer shell closes off from the north side and opens up to the south and east. A protrusion in the roof provides protection from the bright sun. The interior is built around a spiral sequence of spaces that thus create an 'internal landscape'. The circulation runs through rather public zones to more intimate places and offers ever-changing relationships, both with each other and with the surrounding landscape.
