The museum is housed in a 19th Century former residence, complete with original furniture and clothing, artisan and farming tools, religious art, and Bluestone fireplace backs and crosses.
The museum displays are located on the ground floor, wine cellar and first floor of the building, and include collections of archaeological artefacts and exhibitions on the railway history of the land between the Fens and Schneifel. Group visits outside of opening hours are possible by appointment.
