Rectangular brick road chapel under tiled gable roof, according to records of construction licensed on 9 July 1832 to Jean-Baptiste vanden Bulcke. Gabled façade with iron top cross. Barrel-shaped vaulted space opened by round arch with low, curved iron fence. Monumental brown painted wooden cross with painted wooden Christ statue. Remains of painting on plastering of the interior walls.
