No. 71/ Toveressestraat. Corner house of two buildings, reportedly built in 1938 as a residence with retail space. Frame façade with geometric distribution; Door portico in chamfered corner tar. with gabled top and over-angled bay window. Typical façade parement with yellow brick and brown glazed tiles.
L. adjoining chapel of Our Lady of Seven Woes, built in 1938 (together with no. 71) to replace the old road chapel on this street corner at the intersection with Boelaardstraat; moved slightly to the back. New brick façade parement from ca. 1984. From the old chapel recovered iron top cross and polychrome pieta statue.
