Oriented late Gothic church with pseudo-basilical construction from the end of the 15th and the beginning of the 16th century and with modifications from the second half of the 17th century, located on an artificial plateau in the center of the village with surrounding walled cemetery. The church was protected as a monument in 1938 (date of decree 25-03-1938) and is located in the protected villagescape of Sint-Martens-Bodegem (date of decree 23-10-1981). The cemetery wall was also protected as a monument in 1981 (date of decree 23-10-1981).
