Vincent Lacroix started out brewing in his garage, then he “wanted to broaden his horizons”, he confides with a laugh. He then joined forces with his friend Vincent Weytjens in order to create special top-fermentation beers with refermentation in the bottle. The brewery, which produced
750 hectolitres in 2016, also creates custom beers for customers and associations.
Its values? “Friendship, tradition and customer satisfaction”.
