When he planted 500 vines of Pinot Noir, his favourite variety,behind his Hamoir garden, he no doubt never dreamed it would be such a success. Established in the Natura 2000 zone, skilled in working in an old-fashioned way without chemical products, Joël Petithan was amazed to make headlines in the regional newspapers, in 2016... until a reception during which he presented to the King three bottles of a vintage that was declared a success all round.
