It’s now more than 100 years since the Rixhon family started running this listed farm, just opposite the church, and a few decades since the family took on its ownership. Marie-Madeleine Mortehan, whose late husband represented the 3rd generation of Rixhons, now works with her son. Though the farm only produced butter and maquée for a while, Marie-Madeleine has added fromage frais to the list. The organic label has been
applied for for these products.

Sale : on site, every day from 9 a.m. to 12:30 and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., as well as via the COP, a grocery in Ferrières that only offers products made within a maximum radius of 40 km
