The Legend
It is likely that the brewing tradition of Hesbignonne profited, among other contributions, from the know-how of Jehan de Ais, a Templar fleeing the terrible repression that fell on the order in France in the early fourteenth century.
The blend of know-how, coming from the Orient and the Hesbignon terroir would give birth to beverages of character, brewed with the love of tasty spices and subtly evoking the Holy Land, its contradictions, its epic epics.
The Templier du Geer is a blond, cloudy beer with a marked personality that is part of this long tradition.
Refreshing, with coppery reflections and delicately spiced, it is the result of encounters between distant lands and the sweetness of Hesbignon.
Spiced with cardamom, it is a lively seasonal beer, to be enjoyed chilled but not iced, during the day to accompany spicy dishes (pizza, couscous, carbonnades, steak, etc.) to quench your thirst or to accompany long evenings of libations.
