Description

Buzenol sounds familiar to archaeologists, but you will hardly find the village on the map.

On the territory of Buzenol is the archaeological site of Montauban, the most important finds of which are housed in the Musée lapidaire et du Parc archéologique de Montauban (built in 1958).

The site of La Tranchée des Portes is the largest Oppidum in Belgium (100 hectares) and of the former home area of the Treviers.
