The Keizershof, in the centre of Kaulille, is an old teuten house and tavern from the 16th century. It formed the backdrop for the annual teutengelag. When the Teuten returned from their travels, they celebrated the success of their trading voyages here. Since 1554 this building has been listed as 'in den Keizer'.
This was certainly related to the local militia St.-Joris who used to have their shelter here. The militia was also founded in 1554. In addition to an inn (an inn), there was also a paenhof (brewery) attached to the Keizershof.
The building is privately owned and not accessible (source: http://www.bocholt.be/fb111bcbe1018rorb1qoob73.aspx).
