A cuisine based on experience, with a strong desire for authenticity based on local products. The Verheyde family breeds its own quality cattle in order to efficiently uphold this principle. From the field to your plate, they provide an offer that guarantees a unique taste experience. A wide menu with a selection of fish and meat dishes combined with a number of seasonal tips guarantees a haunting taste experience. They select the fish themselves directly from the boat from Bologna!

And with Pieter in the house, the wine list of course only consists of recommendations. According to Gault&Millau 2018, the restaurant was awarded the 'Best Wine List of Belgian Restaurants'. There is a spacious summer terrace and the little ones will find their way in the playground.

In 2017, chef Kathleen Vanderbeke was named 'female chef of the year' by Michelin.
