Description

The Schoten-Dessel canal connects the Albert canal in Schoten with the Bocholt-Herentals canal in Dessel. The level difference of 25.7 metres between Schoten and Dessel is bridged by ten lock complexes. The towpath next to the canal is a great place for a bike ride.
