The chapel of Our Lady of Hal used to be the seat of the "Confrérie de Notre-Dame de Hal". Originally it was surrounded by lime trees, which were felled in 1880. The proceeds of this sale were used to renovate the chapel. This original hexagonal limestone building, located on the corner of Rue Saint-Quentin and now surrounded by asphalt, is dated 1746 (on a window). The entrance door, with its large 19th century oculus, has a basket handle on two harps and the inscription "NOTRE-DAME DE HAL PRIEZ POUR NOUS" engraved on the lintel, the key of which is of recent date. The two windows have the same shape as the door and have straight door jambs. The hexagonal roof, slated and crowned with a drum under a short spire, rests on a wooden cornice.
Registered as a monument on July 17, 1978.
