At the crossroads in the middle of the hamlet of Sclimpré (l'Ecluse, Beauvechain), between some typical farms, stands this little chapel dedicated to Notre Dame de Lourdes. The stone above the entrance that is supposed to make it clear to us why this chapel is here, when and by whom it was built, is very weathered. We recognize the name 'Waterlot', a common family name in the region.
