A rope bridge gives access to the belly of this giant wooden horse (ros carillon) but the exit is via the slides. Near this imposing warhorse is the excavation field where children with a little luck, patience and logic can find remains from times gone by.
The provincial domain of Chevetogne has a whole collection of playgrounds for all ages
The youngest visitors are lucky enough to have fun on more than ten safe playgrounds. The Domain's playgrounds have been carefully designed to let the imagination take over. The Ros Beiaard, Robin Hood's huts, Robinson Crusoé beach, the Forgotten Gold Mine all evoke memories of an image, a book, a film or a children's game. These play areas, which are perfectly integrated into the landscape, have many surprises in store for the young explorers and adventurers. In the sand, in the water and in the mud, in the towers of logs, new stories will come to life, with tragic twists perhaps but certainly with a happy ending.
The playgrounds are accessible all year round. The majority are located away from the road through the Domain in the interest of the safety of the children, so that they can have a fun and carefree moment.
