The Chocolate Line is Dominique Persoone 's shop in Bruges, founded in 1992.
Persoone likes to experiment and this has led to many new creations with special flavors . In 2008 he designed 'the chocolate shooter' for the Rolling Stones, in which chocolate is shot in the nose.
In 2010 he was awarded the 'Excellence Internationale best chocolatier in the world'.
In 2012, he started his own cocoa plantation in Mexico.

In 2020 he will participate in the television program 'Over the ocean' , a sailing trip. Because alcohol is prohibited on board, he canned tequila like the soup as a cook. Together with Jani they regularly eat a can of 'special soup' . The slob!
