Description

The House Chapel was redesigned around 1910, only the altar of the former furniture was preserved.

Cortewalle Castle is a 15th-century moated castle in the heart of Beveren. The impressive archive of the Bergeyck family - the former residents - is safely stored here and can be freely consulted for research. The castle itself is used by the inhabitants to say "I do" or to celebrate an anniversary. But even without anything to celebrate, the 10-hectare castle park is always worth a visit. Be sure to discover the special bee and butterfly garden.
