Located on the corner with Vliekaertstraat. so-called "Mahieus" or "Heihoek chapel" dedicated to Our Lady, built by order of Mrs. Mahieu-Tack (Roeselare) and inaugurated in 1906. Five-sided floor plan with rectangular closure. Combination of polygonal, slate roof crowned with turret - with wrought iron cross and weathervane - and hipped roof (slates). Yellow brick construction on bluestone plinth. Eclectic place of worship with a neo-Gothic touch, typified by carved angled buttresses, round-arched and toothed frieze, and pointed arch windows.
