St. Eligius' Church is the parish church of the town of Vijfwegen, located on the Kampstraat, in the municipality of Staden, West Flanders.
Vijfwegen became an independent parish in 1946. In 1947 a temporary church was built and in 1951 a rectory. This definitive church was built 1959-1960 to a design by Willem Nolf.
The church is somewhat a copy of the church of Sint-Joris-ten-Distel and it was built in red brick. It is a single-nave cruciform church with a crossing tower. The church contains some elements of neoclassicism, in particular the natural stone frames and the oculus above the portal.
The interior is vaulted by wooden barrel vaults. In addition to the main altar, there are two side altars, dedicated to the Sacred Heart and Our Lady of Lourdes, respectively.
The organ was composed of 18th- and 19th-century parts of organs from Liège and Cologne. The stained glass windows of 1960 depict Saint Eligius and Saint Barbara.
