Description

This neo-medieval building of the second half of the 19th century, founded in 1856 was designed as a riding school , and was formerly part of the Caserne Léopold , for the First Regiment of Lancers, which mainly occupies the entire walled block.

The renovated building covers an area of 6,000 m² and will house the conservatory, the Center for Vocal Art and Early Music and a concert hall .

With 800 seats and an acoustic inspired by the famous Studio Quatre in Flagey , the large concert hall aims to be a reference place for lovers of classical, old or contemporary music.
