This bronze statue of Christ the King stands on a white schist pedestal. It was built in 1934 and is the last work built in the Marian domain.
Christ looks out over the valley , opposite Station III of the Way of the Cross. His back is turned to the chapel of Saint Therese and to Station V. His right hand is raised in a gesture of blessing; his left hand holds a scepter topped with a pale cross.
A concrete slab with an illegible inscription has been inlaid in the pedestal.
