Bike tour "Bike Tour & Health Rally" July 2, 2017.
The participant must comply with the traffic regulations

Departure with the church of Pamel in the back
- Turn left and immediately turn left onto Gasthuisstraat.
- Follow the cobblestones to Wolvenstraat and turn left.
- Then turn right into Slikboom and Diskouterweg and then turn left onto Kaaitvaartstraat.
- Then turn left again into Bouchoutstraat and follow to the end.
- Then turn right Pamelsestraat (N207) and then left: Keirenkenslos, bend from 90 to Holstraat; here to the left and so on in the extension follow the Denderstraat and after about 300 m take the path to the right to the Denderpad (towpath) and here to the left towards Okegembrug
- along the statue of den dikken, continue to Weerstanderskaai (still right next to Dender)
- continue along the Kaaistraat until the intersection with the Gootjesstraat
- Then turn right along Lange Kamstraat until you reach the right-angled bend with Molenveldstraat.
- Follow Molenveldstraat until the corner with Papenheide.
- Cycle a little further along Papenheide and turn left again until Molenveldstraat
- Follow here on the right until the intersection with Gasthuisstraat.
- now to the right: follow Steenmeersstraat until (after a right-angled bend) Poelkbeekstraat
- cross the steenweg (N8) to the Weggevoerdenstraat
- At the corner, turn right and follow Poelkstraat.
- Turn left: Omloopstraat, which you continue to follow (also with a hairpin bend)
- Turn left at the cave: Grotstraat to intersection with Kweddenhoek
- turn right there, cross steenweg (N8)
- Follow rijstraat, cross Tenzuivenestraat and cycle straight on: Verloren Hoek
- Omer Cross the Vidtslaan and cross Rodekruisstraat
- Cross Lombeekstraat and follow Reigersbaan
- Follow Heilbeekweg on the right
- Then turn left Bundermeersweg
- After a bend of 90, turn off along Ramerstraat.
- Then left along Heidestraat until (again) Reigersbaan, where we turn right
- Follow to Strijtemplein
- Continue straight ahead on Rue Général Fariau.
- still straight ahead kerkveldstraat
- and then on the left Nieuwebaan
- At the intersection with Lostraat turn right, turn left until the next intersection, and turn left into Weverstraat
- at the next intersection: turn right into Reusestraat with a slight left turn a little further
- still follow Reusestraat to a quadrangle
- here to the left: Abeelstraat
- Follow to the junction to the right: follow Keistraat
- 90 left turn
- Turn right onto Kattemstraat.
- second street on the right: Kattemkets in to corner with Profetenstraat
- then to the left, and after a short time to the right Blijenbergstraat
- Turn left at the end: Bloemhofstraat
- almost immediately afterwards turn onto Sablon Street
- keep following, also right-angled turn to the left
- on the Hoogstraat turn right until the junction with the Ledebergstraat
- Follow Ledebergstraat on the right
- Cycle past Ledebergdries and turn right into Dokter Roosensstraat
- cycle down to intersection with Jozef De Schepperlaan and Pamelse Klei
- Turn right here: Pamelse Klei
- continue to church
