Winter walk in Weert

Park your bike or car at the Old Town Hall in Weert. Opposite the Sint Annakerk is a spacious parking lot. Leave towards Branst along the cycle path on the left of the road. Optionally, you can make small detours along the paths that lead to the fishermen's houses on the Oude Schelde. Very nice (but really only reserved for the owners of the fishermen's houses). After 2 km you turn right through the drive towards Scheldedijk. Now enjoy a refreshing walk on the Scheldedijk. After 6 km you reach the picturesque Weert. Just a few steps and you can enjoy a delicious pancake or waffle in the Old Town Hall.
