Terrasse Dufferin is a terrace that wraps around the Château Frontenac in Quebec City towards Citadelle of Quebec, overlooking the St. Lawrence River.
It was built in 1879 under the direction of Lord Dufferin, the then Governor-general of Canada and eventually named for him. The terrace is maintained by Parks Canada as part of the Saint-Louis Forts and Châteaux National Historic Site.
