Turgi is a municipality in the district of Baden in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland, located in the Limmat Valley .
Turgi has an area, as of 2006, of 1.5 square kilometers . Of this area, 17.6% is used for agricultural purposes, while 35.9% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 42.5% is settled and the remainder is non-productive .
