The house was built in 1899. It was entered under No. D 023 on 14 September 1993 in the list of monuments of the city of Mönchengladbach.
The object is a two-storey plastered eaves house of five axes with access to the building from the central axis. Horizontal articulation and emphasis by a plinth cornice above an imitation ashlar as well as by the even row of windows. All façade openings are framed by plaster profiles. A widely projecting roof cornice with a tooth cut, above it a moderately steeply sloping crippled residential roof. The house was built in the third quarter of the 19th century.
