It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the east side of the street Konvent and is registered in the Quedlinburg register of monuments as a residential building. To the north, the building adjoins Konvent 29, which is also a listed building.
The two-storey half-timbered house was built in 1693 by the Quedlinburg master carpenter Martin Lange. Local historian Adolf Brinkmann deciphered the inscription in the 1920s as 1698. Lange is referred to by the inscription M. MARTIN LANGE on the building. A mezzanine has been added to the ground floor of the house. On the half-timbered structure of the building there are pyramid beam heads, the half-timbered figure of the Half Man, St. Andrew's crosses and fasung as decorations. In addition, compartments are provided with decorative linings.
