The nature reserve Ichterloh is located in the areas of the municipalities of Ascheberg and Nordkirchen in the district of Coesfeld in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The area, which covers about 217 hectares and was placed under protection in 1991, stretches between the main town of Ascheberg in the northeast and the main town of Nordkirchen in the southwest. The A 1 highway runs east of the area and the state road L 671 runs south of it. To the north, the Teufelsbach stream flows.
