Extra loop of the hut hiking trail
Here in Wiesental, you have the option of extending the trail via the extra loop by turning right towards Kahlenberg. The loop has a length of approx. 3.5 km and runs via the Kahlenberghütte. From here, the trail leads over the ridge and then steeply downhill on a narrow path to the L 111 directly at the St. Ingbert Mitte highway exit. We cross the road half-left through the crash barriers towards the Hochscheid hiking parking lot.
