Biosphärentour

This tour was designed for racing cyclists and runs mainly on cycle paths with good traffic conditions and moderately busy roads.

From Saarbrücken, this tour leads in a south-easterly direction. The Bliesgau biosphere reserve with its gentle hills is an insider tip among racing cyclists. The region is therefore also the venue for the internationally renowned Trofeo Karlsberg Junior World Cup race every year. With a detour to Lorraine and Bitscher Land, the tour offers even more variety. The towns and landscapes are constantly changing. At the end of the tour, you can take the flat Saar Cycle Path from France to Saarbrücken and relax in Saarbrücken's old town or in the beer garden with a view of the Saar.
