From the Danube Valley and the Danube Cycle Path, the route leads to the southern Heuberg as far as Meßkirch. The (former) "Badischer Heuberg" also likes to call itself the "Badischer Geniewinkel". This is because literary, philosophical and artistic "geniuses" such as Abraham a Sancta Clara, Martin Heidegger, Conradin Kreutzer and Arnold Stadler were born here.
