On this approx. 3 km long circular trail, which leads through the vineyards on the Horrheimer Klosterberg, the different facets of viticulture are explained on information boards.

The different facets of viticulture are explained on 23 information boards. Which wine-growing regions are there in Germany, what are the advantages of direct draught cultivation, what is the purpose of greening in viticulture and what work is involved throughout the year? You can get to the bottom of these and many other questions on a hike along the educational wine trail. There are always picturesque views along the way, some of which extend as far as the Swabian Alb, the Löwenstein mountains and the entire middle Neckar valley.

Around 40 different grape varieties are planted along the educational grape variety trail above the educational wine trail. Signposts provide information about the origin of the grape variety, the soil required, the ripeness for harvesting and the wine produced from the grape variety.
