On this tour through the Eppingen forest, you can enjoy wonderful views and discover exciting sights.
On the way through the Hartwald forest, hikers should pay a visit to the Ottilienberg with its viewing tower. There is a small chapel on this forest-free hilltop and former place of worship, inviting you to take a breather.
Lake Jägersee is a worthwhile stop along the way. The lakeside path itself invites you to take a relaxing break with a view of the lake. Those who prefer something more active can visit one or two interactive stations on the Eppingen forest trail (approx. 3 km and 13 stations in total)
