Starting in Weinsberg, the tour first leads along the Württemberg Wine Cycle Path via the Jägerhaus towards the wine town of Heilbronn, which invites you to take a short tour of the town or a first short break with various refreshment stops.

From Heilbronn, the tour no longer follows the main route of the Württemberger Weinradweg, but takes you leisurely through the Neckar valley towards Lauffen am Neckar. First, you cycle along the Neckar Valley cycle path to Heilbronn-Horkheim. From there, the route crosses the Neckar to Nordheim - an excellent wine village on the southern slope of the Heuchelberg.

The destination of the tour is the Hölderlin and wine town of Lauffen am Neckar. The numerous places to stop for refreshments and wine taverns invite you to enjoy a leisurely finish.

The tour can also be continued to Kirchheim a. N. if you wish. There is also a train connection to Heilbronn.
