Obersontheim and Vellberg to its confluence with the Kocher near Geislingen.
The approximately 50 km long Bühlertal is one of the most beautiful and pristine valleys in the north of Baden- Württemberg. From its source near Pommertsweiler, the Bühler winds its way via Bühlerzell, Bühlertann, Obersontheim and Vellberg to its confluence with the Kocher near Geislingen. The Bühlertal Cycle Route runs along the river for the most part, leaving the valley in particularly narrow and steep sections and offering magnificent views over the Ilshofen plain and the Limpurger mountains, rewarding the efforts of the climbs. In Abtsgmünd, Untergröningen and Geislingen there is a connection to the Kocher-Jagst cycle path.
Various connecting paths through the Bühlertal valley link the Kocher and Jagst rivers. The three rivers can be combined in many different ways to create individual tours.
